Glad you liked the "bakies."
You certainly know how to take great pictures. It's a talent.
Did you know we are members of Grace Baptist where Gayle was a member? We loved her and still remember her and visiting with her at church.
Thanks for your comment.

Okay, now I know who you are. You have that sweet daughter. I do things off the top of my head and this time I goofed.
I read the letter from your son and it was neat.
And your daughter is about the sweetest blogger I know. You have a neat family.
Gayle was a dear lady at our church and her granddaughter has a blog. Gayle died a couple of years ago.
Thank you for your patience with me!!!

I'd love to hear how you came up with your blogging name Betty. :) Thanks for dropping in.

I lived in Memphis, Tenn., when I was little, and I had 7 uncles who adored me. They called me Betty Boop, Boop-Boop-A-Doop, Beeeeee, and Boopchile.
I always like Boopchile and so when I started my blog, I jumped on the chance to go back to the good old days, and told everyone, Itsboopchile.
Simple.
I am now 82, next week, so that was a long, long time ago!!!
I loved those uncles all their lives.
